Special Holiday Wishes From The MeloTel Team

On behalf of the entire MeloTel team, we would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! Yes, we know the annual celebration doesn’t come until this Saturday. But this is Christmas week! We imagine that many of you are very excited about the big day. In spite of the ongoing issues, presented by the pandemic, we sincerely hope that you’re able to enjoy many memorable moments with your closest loved ones.

Here are some special holiday messages from the MeloTel team!

“For this holiday season, I hope it’s the best case situation. May it be, making the best of the worst, the best of the best, or the best of the normal. To do this, look at any scenario with the lenses of gratitude, and love. The best case is around you if you just remove any preconceptions, and judgements. Hold your loved ones, sing off key, and enjoy your giant ‘gifts’ that life has given. I wish you the best holiday season.”

-Chantel Cascanette, Operations Manager

“Undoubtedly, we’ve all endured a tough two years. Last holiday season was somewhat marred by the pandemic, and this one is shaping up to be an odd one too. My wish for everyone is that they feel the love and support from their loved ones and are able to enjoy the season in spite of the restrictions that the pandemic has presented. Here’s to a very safe, healthy and happy Christmas celebration.”

-Daniel Faraldo, Editor In Chief

“2021 was great for MeloTel employees. Because of MeloTel services and technology, we were able to work remotely for a full year without interruption. Heck, I raise that statement! I flew to Argentina two weeks ago to spend the holidays with my father who I haven’t seen in six years! The first week of my arrival, I set up my temporary work station and I was able to work and take call like I never left Canada.”

-Steeve Martin, Customer Service & Technical Support

Please make note of MeloTel’s holiday hours.

We would just like to remind you about hour holiday schedule. We are open today and will remain open until this Thursday, December 23. On that date, we will be taking off early at 3:00 p.m. EST. The original plan was for our team to unite for our annual holiday festivities. Sadly, the new surge in COVID-19 cases has forced us to cancel what we hoped would be a return to our favourite restaurant, David Duncan House.

We were so looking forward to celebrating MeloTel’s 13th anniversary celebration. MeloTel will remain closed throughout Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the following two days. We will be back open with regular business hours on Tuesday, December 28th. We will remain open until Friday, December 31st when we will close again for our New Year’s celebrations. Our first day of business in 2022 will be on Monday, January 3rd when our normal schedule resumes.

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding our many different cloud-hosted services. If we can do anything to make your holiday season the most joyous one to date, we will! Call us at 1-888-MELOTEL or email support@melotel.com.
