The Melo Technology family is extremely happy to welcome back its Operations Manager, Chantel Cascanette! She has finally returned to us following her maternity leave and we couldn’t be happier! This isn’t to say, of course, that we weren’t elated about the fact that Chantel and her partner Mitchell welcomed their beautiful baby boy, Owen back on January 8, 2023. We just know that the machine known as Melo Technology is well-oiled when Chantel is around!
Just how much does Chantel mean to Melo Technology?
Back when Chantel was preparing to begin her maternity leave, Melo’s Founder and CEO took to Facebook to express his thoughts. “My friend Chantel Cascanette leaves MeloTel temporarily for a new adventure,” he wrote, “Having a baby! It’s bittersweet because (of) the void (we will feel) without her every day while she is away on maternity leave. But the law says! I blame Mitchell Gillespie.”
We have often heralded Chantel for being both a consummate professional and purveyor of positive energy. In our “Thank You Chantel!” blog in honour of Administrative Professionals Day, we showered her with much deserved praise.
Chantel “is as efficient, organized and reliable as they come,” we wrote, “She’s also the friendliest person you could ever meet. It’s one thing to be eternally dependable. Our team can always trust Chantel to keep the company running like a well-oiled machine. But the positive energy that Chantel brings to work every day is something that makes being her co-worker an unparalleled experience. She’s just the best! Creating smiles is definitely a specialty of hers.”
Chantel enriches Melo Technology with an excellent skill set.
Before joining the Melo Technology family, Chantel worked at such organizations as Scarborough General Hospital and the City of Toronto. A Seneca College graduate who specialized in Business Administration, Chantel is an administrative whiz, if we may say so ourselves. She is a master at systemizing our company’s customer invoices and payments as well as creating and implementing new policies and procedures.
Not to mention, Chantel is beloved by our customers! Anyone who contacts our company and has the good fortune to speak with her is immediately made aware of her bubbly and energetic personality. Chantel is Melo Technology’s prime example of how customer service should be provided. Of course, our team is only too happy to have her incredibly positive energy return to the fold.
