We are excited to announce the launch the new MeloTel Service & Maintenance Plans! You can now get immediate technical support from one of our MeloTel experts to help you manage and support your office infrastructure. We also have options that will allow our plans to extend the service and support coverage to all of your office equipment replacement in the event of a failure.
Our dedicated team of experts is now available to clearly communicate with you in order to provide rapid problem resolution. The new MeloTel Service & Maintenance Plans new plans allow us to help you with everything from implementation assistance to upgrades and production downtime emergencies. And we have three great packages available to suit the needs of your specific business!
One-Time Support. For only $60 per ticket, this plan requires no commitment whatsoever. Do you remember our blog about our TeamViewer Remote program? It allows us to assist you with any issue that you may be having with your computer system from a remote location. We can easily communicate with you via email or telephone while assisting you as well.
Ongoing Support. This plan starts at only $125 per month. It requires a one year commitment that also ensures that you receive TeamViewer Remote assistance including email and phone support. In addition, you will receive Tech On Site Support so that, when necessary, one of our MeloTel experts can visit your location to assist you with any computer system issues personally.
Support & Insurance. Starting at only $150 per month, this plan will offer you all of the benefits that you may receive with the Ongoing Support plan, in addition to receiving FREE equipment replacement. This comprehensive coverage provides our clients with the ultimate protection against any software or hardware malfunctions.
As part of these new plans, MeloTel offers proactive maintenance and monitoring for all covered equipment, operating systems and applications defined in your service plan. And this covers quite a lot! It includes Operating Systems and Service Pack updates Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam management, updates and remediation, backups and restores as well as disk and memory optimization. We also manage user accounts, roles, rules and permissions, intranet and internet connectivity providers as well as Firewalls, Routers and Switches.
