It’s important to be prepared for a move.

“We don’t mind assisting clients with packing services, if needed on the spot,” he shares, “Most of the time, clients that need packing services book it in advance. If you don’t have time to pack, we come prepared with all the packing supplies. We wrap everything, like dishes, pack it all properly in the boxes, seal it up, mark the box and put in on the truck.”

Kevin does stress, however, the importance of being as prepared as possible for the move. He cites booking the elevator in advance, as an example, for those who are moving in or out of condos and apartment buildings. “Not being prepared can delay things and often make the clients unhappy because it takes so much time,” Kevin warned, “If clients are pretty ready for the move, if it’s all straightforward and it’s all organized, if the elevator is booked on time – this helps customers to save their money during the moving process.”

Sometimes customers are looking to deliver some new furniture from stores, so we deliver the package, unpack the package, assemble the furniture and take all of the packaging away. That’s a white glove service.”

High Level Movers has even worked with the City of Toronto for election preparations. “We had deliveries, like in one week we had to deliver to 600 locations across town to set up election booths,” said Kevin, “After the election, we picked everything back up to bring it to the City of Toronto. It was a fun project.”
