The MeloTel team is officially kicking off its holiday celebrations as of 3:00pm Eastern Time today! This is just a reminder that our office will be closed until Tuesday, December 27th. We are very much looking forward to our holiday dinner and 14th anniversary party this evening at David Duncan House. It’s a yearly celebration that we’ve missed over the past couple of years because of the pandemic.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season! In fact, we hope that this holiday season is your best one yet. As mentioned, we’ve all had a tough go over the past couple of years. We hope that the days to come are among your most joyous in a long time. Happy Hanukkah! Merry Christmas! Joyous Kwanzaa!

The MeloTel team congratulates Chantel – again!
As we’ve proudly reported, our wonderful Operations Manager, Chantel Cascanette is currently on maternity leave. With her baby boy expected to arrive early in the new year, she is preparing for a very unique holiday season. It will be the last one she enjoys before becoming a mom. We couldn’t be happier for her and her partner, Mitchell. Read more about Chantel’s forthcoming journey into motherhood in one of our recent blogs!
The MeloTel team has made it no secret just how important Chantel is to our company. Back in April, we honoured her on Administrative Professionals Day. “It’s one thing to be eternally dependable,” the blog read, “Our team can always trust Chantel to keep the company running like a well-oiled machine. But the positive energy that Chantel brings to work every day is something that makes being her co-worker an unparalleled experience. She’s just the best! Creating smiles is definitely a specialty of hers.”
Prior to that, our blog officially anointed Chantel MeloTel’s MVP. “Today, I would like to pay homage to Chantel Cascanette,” wrote John on his Facebook page back in 2019, “She is MeloTel Business Phone Company’s MVP! She came to MeloTel more than 2 years ago and has so quickly transformed into being one of my most valued team members. I couldn’t picture MeloTel without her and I am extremely lucky to have her on my team! Thank you Chantel Cascanette, truly! Note: Now, I was not hacked!”
